Working with Bridge Housing and Colas Construction, I efficiently delivered a tightly detailed, code-optimized, delightfully warm 61-unit affordable multifamily project.
The five-story apartment building forms a U-shape around a landscaped resident courtyard. The building includes a large exposed-timber community room, as well as laundry and resident services spaces. Site features include individual stoops for ground-floor units, a children’s play area, and various gathering spaces for residents, including an urban plaza that will foster connections to the surrounding community.
