Solely provided services for all phases of highly aspirational commercial car wash facility with support buildings. The project was permitted within a short timeframe through conditional use and development reviews.
The project required multi-agency negotiations of conflicting transportation plans, reserve requests, property line consolidations, and right-of-way dedications with Washington County, Tri-Met, ODOT, and the City of Hillsboro – accomplished concurrently with Revit construction documentation.
